How credits work

  • Credits are added to your account when payment is confirmed.
  • If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically.
  • You can cancel unused credits within 14 days of buying them. See the Refund Policy.
  • Payment is handled by Stripe, which emails you a receipt. We never see your card details.
